4.5 cl Reposado tequila
1.5 cl Angostura bitters
2.2 cl Lemon juice
2.2 cl Orgeat Works Toasted Almond syrup
Shake all ingredients with 2 Draft cubes
Strain into Collins glass over cobbled ice
Finish with lightly cracked pink peppercorns
