Red Rock Canyon by Katie Stipe found at The Pouring Tales

4.5 cl Reposado tequila
1.5 cl Angostura bitters
2.2 cl Lemon juice
2.2 cl Orgeat Works Toasted Almond syrup

Shake all ingredients with 2 Draft cubes
Strain into Collins glass over cobbled ice
Finish with lightly cracked pink peppercorns
