A cocktail named after the 1940s song Blueberry Hill, sung by artists like Elvis, Led Zeppelin, Adriano Celentano—and even Vladimir Putin.

2 cl Fair Rum
2 cl Fino Sherry
3 cl Blueberry Cordial
1 cl Fresh Lemon Juice
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters

Method: Shaken
Glassware: Vintage Tea Cup
Garnish: One spoon of Mascarpone Lemon Cheese on top of the ice which is added to the teacup

Subrecipe for Mascarpone Lemon Cheese
Mix 200 grams of mascarpone, 3 cl lemon juice, 50 grams of granulated sugar, and the grated zest of 1 lemon together in a bowl with a spoon until it becomes slightly solid.
