3 cl Zacapa 23 Rum
2 cl Peach Cognac
2 cl Orange Curaçao
3 cl Passion Fruit Juice
3 cl Lime Juice
2 cl Lemongrass Tea Syrup
1 Bar Spoon Rose Pepper

Method: Shaken

Glassware: Copper Mug

Garnish: Edible flowers

Subrecipe for Peach Cognac:

Mix 60 percent Martell VS Cognac with 40 percent Peach Liqueur

Subrecipe for Lemongrass Syrup:

Bring 1 liter of water to a boil. Add 1 kilogram of sugar, cut 3 small pieces of fresh lemongrass stalks and let them infuse in the sugar syrup. Let it cool down, then liquidize in a blender. Filter through sieve and keep in the refrigerator.
