5 cl Linie Aquavit
8 cl Yellow Bell Pepper Juice
10 cl Maracuja Juice
1.5 cl Lemon Juice

Method: Punch (Built in glass)
Glassware: Silver punch mug
Garnish: mint, cucumber, a piece yellow pepper bell

Subrecipe for Bell Pepper Juice (yields 1 litre)
Remove the pits of the bell pepper and put in centrifuge. Strain through a superbag. 300 ml of pure juice is needed for the finished juice. Add 350 grams of sugar and 350 ml of water to the 300 ml of juice. Bring all the ingredients to the boil. Let it cool down and put in refrigerator.

Subrecipe for Thyme and Rosemary infused Aquavit
Put 700 ml of Aquavit, 30 gr fresh rosemary, 30 gr fresh thyme in a sous vide bag and close properly. Put bag in the water bath of the sous vide machine and let it rest for 30 min at 52 degrees Celsius. Let it cool down and put in refrigerator.
