Scotch & Coffee by Alex Skarlen found at The Pouring Tales

1400 ml Naked malt
700 ml Amontillado sherry
1 can of condensed milk à 397g
700 ml filter coffee
50 ml Plantation Old Fashioned Traditional Dark (OFTD)
80 g Demarara syrup (1:1 by weight)
85 g Water
22 g Saline (20:80 by weight) 

Mix the Amontillado with condensed milk, add coffee, (make sure it curdles). Add Whisky—strain through superbag, 100µ Balance with OFTD, saline, water, and sugar if needed.
