1 Egg White
1.5 cl Raw Granny Smith Apple Syrup
1.5 cl Skinos Mastiha
2 cl Lime Juice
3 cl Hay-infused Cachaça

Method: Shaken
Glassware: Tumbler
Garnish: Oxalis

Subrecipe for Granny Smith syrup
Mix 2/3 homemade granny smith juice with 1/3 sugar. Blend for 3 minutes.

Subrecipe for hay-infused Cachaça
10 grams of hay for a 70cl bottle of Cachaça. Infuse for 7 hours.
