3 cl El Dorado 8yr Rum
1.5 cl Seven Sirens White Rum
1.5 cl Amontillado Sherry
1.5 cl Cynar 70
0.75 cl Gifford Crème De Banane

Build in a mixing glass, stir with ice
Glassware: Strain into a coupe.
Express a grapefruit peel over the top and around the rim. Discard the grapefruit peel.
