3.5 cl Tequila Blanco
3 cl Lillet Blanc
2 cl Banana liqueur
1 cl Prosecco cordial
2 Drops sesame oil
Method: Stirred
Glassware: Chilled coupe
Garnish: Sesame seed-rim and fresh flower
Subrecipe for Prosecco cordial
750 ml sparkling wine, 750 g granulated sugar, 7 g grape acid
Dissolve the sugar in 500 ml of sparkling wine, evaporate to the consistency of honey and dilute with the remaining sparkling wine. Add grape acid.
