1 cl Agave Syrup
1 cl Ginger Syrup
2 Dashes of Peychaud’s Bitters

Subrecipe for Ginger Syrup
1:1 Ginger and sugar. Put the ginger in a juicer, then bring the juice to medium heat, add sugar, wait until sugar dissolves and let cool down. Refrigerate.
