5 cl Mutemuka Sake (or other dry, mineral, fruity sake)
1.5 cl Shochu (or vodka)
1.5 cl Elderflower Liqueur
1.5 cl Fino Sherry
1 Large Grapefruit Peel
Add liquids to a chilled stirring glass
Add ice and stir for 25-30 seconds
Strain into chilled coupette
Release grapefruit oils over cocktail and drop peel into glass
