5 cl Skipper Demerara Rum
0.5 cl Vieille Prune
2 cl Lemon Juice
1.5 cl Ginger Juice
1.5 cl Honey Syrup
Method: Shaken and strained
Glassware: Highball
Garnish: Lemon wedge
Subrecipe for Ginger Juice
Juice ginger in a centrifuge juicer and add caster sugar. Ratio 2 parts juice, 1 part caster sugar.
Subrecipe for Honey Syrup
Mix 2 parts honey with 1 part water to obtain the syrup.
