4 cl Dark rum (Plantation Pineapple / Bacardi 8yo etc.)
2 cl Mr Black coffee liqueur
3 cl Fresh pineapple juice
1.5 cl Orgeat syrup
3 cl Espresso / or cold brew
Method: Shaken
Ice: Cubes
Glass: Coupette
Garnish: Edible flowers
Story:
Australia is well known for its coffee culture and it’s no surprise that the number one best-selling cocktail in our country is the Espresso Martini. Our tropical twist on it makes it lighter and more approachable due to the freshness of the pineapple and robust flavors of our house-roasted coffee and dark rum.
