3 cl Scotch Whisky
3 cl Red Vermouth
5 cl Grapefruit raspberry sorbet with Fernet Branca
Method: Shaken and fine-strained
Glassware: Chilled Martini glass
Garnish: Grapefruit zest
Subrecipe for Grapefruit raspberry sorbet
1 liter of fresh grapefruit juice with pulp, 5 cl sugar syrup, 5 cl lemon juice, 6 cl Fernet Branca, 5 cl homemade raspberry syrup
Squeeze fresh grapefruit, mix with the remaining ingredients and freeze. Divide into cubes of 5 cl and store in freezer for usage.
