Cuore Caldo by Fenia Athanasiadi found at The Pouring Tales

4.5 cl Irish Single Malt Whiskey
1.5 cl Metaxa 12*
1 cl Fig Liqueur
3 cl Reduced homemade tonic
1.5 cl Amarena cherry syrup

The tonic is slowcooked to get rid of the fizzyness. Boil until it has lost 2/3 of its original quantity

Stir and serve in a tumbler
Garnish with three amarena cherries
