3 cl Cynar
3 cl Bertoux Brandy
3 cl Lemon juice
1.5 cl Rich syrup
6 Mint leaves
Fever Tree bitter lemon
Place all ingredients except the Fever Tree in a shaker. Shake and double strain into a Collins glass. Add ice. Top with Fever Tree. Garnish with a big mint sprig.
