Trick Dog Aperitif #2 by Josh Harris

3 cl Manzanilla Sherry
3 cl Luxardo Bitter Bianco
3 cl Dolin Blanc Vermouth
2 dashes Angostura orange bitters

Combine all ingredients in a pitcher. Stir. Strain over a couple of ice cubes into a small glass. Garnish with grapefruit zest.
