35ml Patron Silver tequila (or any other tequila that you like)
5ml chipotle tincture *
15ml salted lime cordial **
80ml Three Cents Pink Grapefruit soda
Built all ingredients together in a highball glass
* chipotle tincture:
100ml vodka
10g chipotle chilli
– blend and infuse overnight, strain over a coffee filter.( if you have a rotovap you can also distil it)
** salted lime cordial:
6g lime zest
300ml water at 80 degrees celsius
100g sugar
14g citric acid
3g salt
– Mix all together , let infuse on room temp for 4 hours and strain over coffee filter.
