1 cl Glendronach 12 years old Single Malt Whisky
2 cl Heather Honey
5 Drops Thistle Bitter
Method: Stirred
Glassware: Tumbler
Garnish: Dried Heather Flowers
Subrecipe for Thistle Bitter
Infused in 30 cl of 90% alcohol
3 Tablespoon of Dried Thistle
1 Tablespoon of Dried Artichoke
2 teaspoons of Gentian Root
Zest of 3 Lemons
Dried Zest of 2 Lemons
15 Green Cardamom Seeds
2 Teaspoons of Simple Syrup
1 Teaspoon of Dried Heather lowers
All infused for 45 days, filter and add 30 cl of water.
