4 cl Smokey Islay Whisky
1.5 cl Ginger Syrup
1 cl Coffee Bitters
1.5 cl Falernum
0.5 cl Lemon Juice
Method: Shaken
Glassware: Glass pipe or just tumbler
Garnish: Bee Pollen
Subrecipe for Ginger Syrup (yields 1 liter)
Peel ginger and put in juicer. Filter through a Superbag. Add 300 milliliters filtered ginger juice, 350 grams of sugar, and 350 milliliters of water to a pot and bring to a boil. Stir occasionally. Let cool down—done.
