About

Me

I am a Zurich based cocktail lover and travel enthusiast. My hunger for travel and passion for food and beverage is infinite; I’m constantly chasing both.

Following formal schooling at Ecole hotelière de Lausanne (EHL), where I learned the fundamentals of the industry, I continued to follow my passion for hospitality and appreciation of travel, choosing a career in aviation food and beverage. Currently, I manage the inflight concepts in a cross functional team for the Lufthansa Group Hub Airlines. I’ve also dabbled in the world of speakeasies, working at a secret den in Zurich and by starting a passion project of my own: Flatbrook Attic and The Last Toucan.

Exploring new countries, immersing myself in new cultures and forging new friendships is inspiring and enriching. These tenets have driven me to find the most compelling, of-the-moment spots to eat & drink, the most authentic, hippest local experiences. I’m always on the hunt for the intriguing cocktails and special haunts – both during business and personal travels – because life’s too short for shitty drinks.

The Pouring Tales chronicles my adventures, complete with photos, maps and reviews.
